Pre-Orders and Product Updates
Kits or items that are on pre-order are displayed on the product page. By placing a pre-order you will be entered in the queue for fulfillment.

Once shipped customers will receive an automatic tracking email from the carrier. Estimates of delivery will be shown on their site.
Please note due to large order volume/pre-orders/other delays, processing and responses can be extended past our normal operating timeframes. Some items are on preorder (pre-orders have extended processing time). Orders may be partially shipped. We ask for your patience and understanding as we get out everyone's order.
Updates:
Some kits / items are currently unavailable due to high demand. We’re working closely with our supplier to expedite production wherever possible and will ship your order as soon as it becomes available.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
