At Milan Art Store, we are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and shipped promptly.

Order Processing:

• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days*.
• During high order volumes, processing times may be extended.
• Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day (Monday-Friday).

Pre-orders have extended processing timeframes.

Shipping:

• We offer both domestic and international shipping.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
  

 Shipping timeframes are excluded from processing timeframes.

Handling:

• All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Import Tax & Duty Fees:

• Customers are responsible for any import taxes and duties.
• Some countries may require a tax ID or passport for customs clearance.

Returns & Replacements:

• Please report damages, missing or issues with items within 30 days of delivery with photos (package and items) and lost packages within 30 days from shipment.
• All items are final sale unless otherwise specified. Exchanges are not accepted. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Each print is made to order with great care and attention to detail. Prints are fulfilled and shipped separately by Lumaprints. View the collection here

• U.S. Orders: Ships via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days after production.
• International Orders: We ship to nearly every country. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship prints to Germany at this time. Shipping times vary by destination. Additional shipping charges and customs fees may apply. Customers are responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
